Job Description
Product Operations Analyst at Firebird supporting the Data & Analytics team in transforming music industry data into actionable insights. Manage reports and collaborate across functions for product success.
Responsibilities:
- This role is critical to the success of the Data & Analytics team
- Help transform the data needs from various partners in the music industry into actionable solutions
- Manage the day-to-day progress towards building new reports, dashboards and other solutions
- Serve as a liaison between product management, engineering, and other areas to facilitate seamless communication and project execution
- Support product teams with resource allocation, project scheduling, and coordination of key deliverables
- Collaborate with product management to gather, prioritize, and share customer feedback
- Implement and maintain tools and systems that enhance product operations, including project management software, data platforms, and feedback management tools
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of product processes, requirements, workflows, and best practices for reference and training purposes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, product management, or related roles
- Music industry experience is preferred
- Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for product improvement
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and performance reporting
- Skilled at establishing efficient workflows and optimizing product lifecycle processes
- Excellent project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Collaborative Nature: Adept at working cross-functionally and ensuring all teams have the necessary information and tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive Problem Solver: Capable of anticipating challenges and addressing issues before they impact product success
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
