Job Description
Senior Program Manager building GTM and field enablement for Greenhouse, a recruiting software company. Localizing training, supporting EMEA sellers, and measuring enablement impact.
Responsibilities:
- Own live delivery of GTM and product launch training for the EMEA field in local time zones
- Localize global enablement programs, content, and messaging for regional markets
- Manage the EMEA training roadmap across live and on-demand content
- Partner with EMEA Sales and Customer Success leaders to assess needs and create programs
- Reinforce core selling skills and Command of the Message with EMEA representatives
- Build reinforcement and measurement frameworks tracking adoption, call-data behavior change, retention, and ARR impact
- Complete additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product + GTM Enablement leadership
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in GTM or sales enablement, skills enablement, or L&D
- Proven experience delivering live training and facilitation to a global field organization at scale
- Track record of business partnering with Director/VP-level and above senior stakeholders
- Experience enabling an EMEA field organization across multiple markets and time zones
- Experience with product/GTM enablement and skills or methodology enablement
- Strong instructional and curriculum design skills
- Proficiency with enablement tech stacks: LMS, CRM, Canva, video editing, and Google Suite
- Comfort using AI/LLM tools to build content and automate processes
- Data literacy, including tracking adoption and measuring behavioral and business impact
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-changing product organization is a plus
- Experience in recruiting or B2B SaaS is a plus
