Job Description
Senior Project Manager overseeing multi-country clinical research projects for DFnet Research, ensuring high-quality delivery, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Leads end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-country clinical research studies and projects.
- Ensures project execution aligns with customer expectations, quality standards, timelines, budgets, and regulatory expectations.
- Drives accountability across cross-functional teams, including Data Management, Data Science, and Biostatistics.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients in complex, strategic, or high-visibility client engagements.
- Develops comprehensive project plans, risk registers, requirements, timelines, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, Project Management, Data Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience managing complex, international clinical research or health data projects.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary project teams and high-complexity studies.
- Experience in regulatory and data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience guiding or managing technical project teams (Data Management, Data Science, Biostatistics).
