Job Description
Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst in e-commerce advertising startup. Leading project delivery and business analysis for product solutions with a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end delivery process using Agile methodologies
- Collaborate closely with the founder to understand business goals and product vision
- Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and user stories for the development team
- Break down business logic into sprint-based deliverables and maintain sprint planning
- Control development progress, timelines, and achievement of agreed goals
- Define, align, and negotiate deadlines with stakeholders
- Act as the main communication bridge between stakeholders and the engineering team
- Ensure clear, structured, and up-to-date documentation (requirements, flows, specifications)
- Manage and support a newly formed development team, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery
- Maintain transparent communication and reporting across all stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software/product development
- Proven experience working in product-oriented teams and startup environments
- Strong documentation skills and experience writing clear functional and technical requirements
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint-based development
- Business Analysis experience is a strong plus
- Business analysis mindset with the ability to understand and model business logic
- Experience in the advertising or PPC domain, or strong understanding of e-commerce advertising business models
- B2+ English and Ukrainian
- Ability to transform business needs into structured tasks and development plans
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and experience translating business language into developer-ready requirements
- Product startup mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Highly proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment
- Ready to work with evolving requirements and dynamic priorities
