Job Description
Project Manager delivering infrastructure projects at GE Vernova with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction. Leading project activities and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources
- impact approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working
- oversee the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for mega projects
- develop specialized knowledge in their discipline
- serve as best practice/quality resource
- contribute towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility
- uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems
- acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
- At least 7 years' experience in Power Generation/Product Knowledge
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems with the ability to lead programs / projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
