Job Description
Senior Project Manager delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations for businesses. Balancing scope, resources, budgets, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead successful delivery of Business Central implementation and related projects
- Balance project scope, resources, budget, schedule, and quality constraints
- Create project management plans and coordinate with Solution Architects to execute them
- Work with clients to understand resource capabilities and constraints
- Develop and implement project plans via the Western Computer Project Process
- Align project plans and timelines with client goals
- Plan work and deadlines for project teams
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables supporting client business goals
- Monitor project budgets and hour allocations, making adjustments as needed
- Organize and facilitate project committee and client meetings
- Approve project time for payroll processing
- Coordinate with Solution Architects to keep team tasks on target
- Provide client follow-ups and status updates
- Deliver large-scale project activities including scheduling, resourcing, backlog management, and proposal development
- Manage project issues and escalations
- Monitor reports tracking budgets, forecasts, and available resources
- Maintain current reporting according to the project process
- Build ongoing client relationships and answer questions promptly
- Share client feedback and suggest continuous improvements
- Participate in project process improvement efforts
- Mentor and guide Project Managers on best practices and methodologies
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Project Management experience including all aspects of project lifecycle execution
- Proven experience leading successful full lifecycle Dynamics ERP Implementations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and WC team members
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics with a focus on Business Central
- Experience with Microsoft’s Power Platform
