Job Description
Senior Project Manager at Nasstar driving complex, global projects in Cloud, Networking, and Infrastructure. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-technology projects and mentor less experienced PMs to foster a culture of excellence.
- Own project plans, track interdependencies, and manage resources effectively in a fast-paced MSP environment.
- Manage project budgets and forecasts, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and ensuring revenue recognition.
- Establish rigorous controls, including risk assessments, change management, and quality assurance processes.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, clients, and technical teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of project management experience, specifically within Cloud, Networking, or Infrastructure (Azure, Routing, Switching, etc.)
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects in a Managed Service Provider environment.
- Strong ability to manage budgets, forecast costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across hierarchies.
- Experience transitioning project outputs into live services.
- Understanding of the OSI model, network protocols, and security best practices.
