Job Description
Senior Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of digital projects at Dentsu. Leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring project alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital projects, ensuring deliveries within agreed timelines, scope and budget;
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives, requirements and expectations;
- Lead multidisciplinary teams (designers, developers, analysts, etc.), fostering collaboration and high-performance delivery;
- Control resource usage, prioritize activities and adjust allocations as needed to maximize project efficiency;
- Identify, monitor and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle;
- Manage the project budget by monitoring costs and contributing to the profitability of deliveries;
- Ensure effective communication among team members and other involved areas through status reports and regular checkpoints;
- Ensure that deliverables meet expected quality standards;
- Promote continuous improvement of project management processes by identifying opportunities and implementing best practices;
- Keep documentation of all project artifacts up to date (schedule, scope, minutes, decisions, changes, etc.);
- Act in a consultative manner with clients, contributing strategic insights throughout the project.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in project management, with a focus on e-commerce or digital experiences;
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (both traditional and agile);
- Experience with digital technologies, UX, CMS, digital marketing, mobile and web;
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels;
- Experience managing budgets, scope and resources;
- Ability to work in dynamic environments, handle scope changes and manage multiple concurrent projects;
- Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban;
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement;
- Advanced English for verbal and written communication.
