Job Description
Sr. Recruiter driving talent acquisition initiatives in LATAM and North America for a medtech company. Engaging candidates in dynamic, high-growth environments and managing full recruitment cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment from discovery through offer stage, scaling North America and LATAM hiring efforts during high‑volume recruiting periods.
- Support multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong pipeline visibility
- Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted sourcing strategies and direct outreach
- Conduct talent market mapping and competitive talent analysis
- Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and role requirements
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready candidate data within Workday or similar ATS platforms in compliance with OFCCP and EEO requirements
- Utilize recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics to track progress and improve hiring outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Multilingual: English, Spanish, Portuguese
- Experience using Workday or similar enterprise ATS platforms
- Experience within Life Sciences, Medical Device, or other regulated government industry
- Experience recruiting across multiple business functions within a dynamic, cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, or AI-enabled recruiting technologies
