Job Description

Regional sales enablement leader coaching APAC sellers and managers at Genesys, an AI-powered customer-experience platform. Localizing global programs and improving pipeline, productivity, and win rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with regional sales leaders and cross-functional partners to diagnose performance gaps
  • Design and facilitate coaching, training, and readiness programs for the APAC field and partner sales organization
  • Coach sellers and managers through role-playing, call shadowing, deal reviews, and structured 1:1 coaching
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, including role-play, negotiation practice, discovery and objection-handling drills, and certification workshops
  • Support new hire ramp and accelerate time-to-productivity
  • Design and deliver skills-based training aligned to sellers’ day-to-day work
  • Advise APAC sales leadership and cross-functional partners on performance gaps and enablement opportunities
  • Build relationships with regional stakeholders and validate knowledge and skills gaps using data
  • Represent APAC needs to the global enablement team and provide field-tested input into global program design
  • Localize and adapt global programs for APAC sellers, partners, languages, markets, buyer dynamics, and selling motions
  • Own the quarterly readiness plan and localized coaching and training calendar
  • Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate content localization, personalize coaching plans, and synthesize field feedback
  • Track the impact of coaching and enablement on pipeline creation, conversion rates, and seller productivity with Sales Ops/RevOps
  • Identify skill and performance trends and convert them into targeted coaching interventions
  • Report enablement and coaching impact to leadership in clear, data-backed, executive-ready terms
  • Contribute to broader Enablement Team initiatives and continuously develop coaching and facilitation skills

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working with Sales teams, with technology/SaaS strongly preferred
  • 5+ years in sales enablement, coaching, or sales performance roles, including experience leading enablement for a region or business unit
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record coaching and developing sellers and front-line sales managers through call/deal reviews, live shadowing, and structured 1:1 coaching, with measurable improvement in skills and results
  • Strong facilitation skills for in-person and virtual sessions across diverse APAC audiences, languages, and time zones
  • Deep fluency in enterprise sales methodology such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Value Selling, or similar
  • Credibility as a trusted advisor to sales leadership and cross-functional partners, with executive presence and influence without authority
  • Comfortable analyzing pipeline, conversion, and performance data using CRM, Clari, and conversation-intelligence tools
  • Experience in a cloud/SaaS company, ideally supporting complex, multi-persona sales motions across direct and partner/channel teams
  • Experience operating as part of a global, matrixed enablement team
  • Comfort leveraging AI-enabled tools for coaching preparation, content development, and performance analysis
  • Proficiency with CRM, Seismic, LMS/Lessonly or similar, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, organized, and effective at managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing, matrixed environment
  • Fluency in languages outside of English is a plus, particularly APAC regional languages
  • Some early or late meetings required to accommodate global teams and varying time zones
