Job Description
Senior Regional Sales Manager leading strategic initiatives at Smithfield Foods. Building relationships and optimizing product placements to enhance market share and drive sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in driving strategic growth across your region
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers
- Identify opportunities to expand market share
- Champion the launch and placement of innovative products
- Collaborate closely with broker partners to optimize execution instore
- Maintain coordination with integral company functions to ensure sales objectives are met
- Drive a positive employee experience through leadership and coaching
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management or project leadership
- Strong understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Customer focused and data driven selling strategies
- Proven ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Apple software and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
