Job Description

Senior Sales Manager Insurance at StudySmarter guiding young clients in securing their future through tailored insurance solutions. Responsible for the entire sales cycle and high-quality advisory conversations.

Responsibilities:

  • You conduct advisory conversations with our users and convert qualified interest into confirmed insurance policies.
  • You identify the specific risks and needs of students and recent graduates and offer tailored insurance solutions from our partners.
  • You are responsible for the entire sales cycle – from initial contact after pre-qualification through to final policy issuance.
  • You ensure that all consultations meet the highest quality standards and comply with legal requirements.
  • You monitor the insurance market for the young target group and provide valuable feedback to our product and partner teams.

Requirements:

  • Several years of professional experience in insurance sales (ideally in personal insurance).
  • Completed training as an Insurance and Finance Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzen) or certification as an Insurance Specialist (IHK).
  • Demonstrated strong sales achievements.
  • Fluent German at native-speaker level is mandatory.
