Job Description
Sales Manager in a media company, building customer relationships and driving new business in Austria. Collaborating with teams to provide tailored solutions and actively engaging in lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for clients and agencies for handling inquiries and implementation.
- Develop tailored proposals and creative concepts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver appropriate solutions.
- Build long-term partnerships and strengthen customer relationships.
- Actively acquire new customers in Austria.
- Identify relevant companies and establish new contacts.
- Monitor market, industry, and competitor trends.
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing or sales — or an equivalent qualification.
- Practical experience in the media, marketing, or communications sector.
- Hunter mentality: motivated to build contacts and take a proactive approach.
- View cold outreach as an opportunity and present yourself confidently.
- Team player with an independent, solution-oriented working style.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital tools.
