Job Description

Senior Sales Manager responsible for acquiring new B2B customers and managing accounts. Joining a fast-paced team at Forto revolutionizing logistics across Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers that match Forto’s ideal customer profile to drive shipment volume and gross profit
  • Own your pipeline: prospect, qualify, and convert leads through outbound outreach and in-person selling
  • Conduct effective discovery calls/meetings to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and how Forto can address them
  • Build long-term partnerships: manage and grow acquired accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead business reviews with key customers to align on performance, future needs, and expansion potential
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Product to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience — proven track record of acquiring new customers and meeting clear quotas
  • Fluent in German and English, and based in Germany
  • Confident managing the full sales cycle: from outreach through close and into account expansion
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain roles is a significant advantage
