Job Description
Senior Sales Operations Representative at CDW maximizing account managers' productivity through operational support and customer interactions. Requires 2+ years in operations or sales with an associate degree.
Responsibilities:
- Maximize the productivity of account manager(s) through direct partnership
- Provide operational order management support and handle order escalation
- Interact with external customers to provide order status updates, quotes, and other requests
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience within Operations or Sales
- Associate degree or relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Benefits:
- Annual bonus target of $30,000 subject to terms and conditions of plan
