Job Description
Senior Salesforce Developer leading solutions in international projects for a multinational IT company. Enhancing quality through architecture practices and team guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Apply architecture best practices, guiding the development team within these definitions by delivering training or providing hands-on support during development, and validate the technical solution produced by the team;
- When necessary, write efficient, concise, and testable code using software development best practices;
- Adopt continuous improvement practices for proposed solutions, always seeking to present options to the client that optimize the quality of delivered solutions;
- Analytical reasoning skills for problem solving;
- Professional documentation of performed activities.
Requirements:
- 3 years of professional experience working on Salesforce projects
- HRBC: Package development
- CI/CD, Git, Apex, LWC, Flow, Service Cloud Admin certification
- Agentforce DevOps Org
- Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, LWC
- CI/CD, Git, Flow, Admin certification
- English: C1 level
- Strong communication skills
- Direct, clear, and fact-oriented
- Open and objective criticism (not personal)
- Not shy — outgoing, sociable, open to feedback, proactive
