Job Description
Senior Solution Consultant leading Salesforce implementations for Verndale, driving solution architecture and serving as a trusted advisor. Collaborating with clients and project managers to ensure effective delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Drive solution architecture in sales pursuits
- Serves as a technical advisor for Salesforce projects onsite at client locations
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging the Salesforce platforms
- Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions
- Design innovative Salesforce solutions involving configuration and external integration
- Collaborate with Project Manager to facilitate stakeholder expectations and identify project issues
Requirements:
- 7+ years of CRM process design and implementation experience
- Proven expertise in leveraging Salesforce Field Service to design and optimize end-to-end field service workflows
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce platform experience
- Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of tools/applications such as Excel, Data Loader used for analysis and processing data
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Agent force Revenue Management is strongly preferred
