Job Description
Senior SAP Payroll Consultant leading large-scale and complex U.S. payroll implementations, ensuring compliance and alignment with business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and own the design of the payroll solution
- Conduct and facilitate requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders
- Collaborate with payroll configurators to ensure configuration aligns with approved solution
- Partner with integration lead for seamless integration between payroll and related systems
- Oversee all phases of payroll implementation lifecycle including solution build, testing, and post-go-live support
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and manage risks
Requirements:
- Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll (ECP or HCM)
- Proven success in leading and delivering complex payroll implementations
- Expertise in wage type configuration, off-cycle payroll processing, and garnishment handling
- Experience in at least 5+ full lifecycle SAP U.S. Payroll implementations
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
