Job Description
SAP Implementation Consultant delivering guidance throughout the SAP Payroll implementation process. Customizing solutions for various European payroll systems while ensuring stakeholder collaboration and support deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process
- Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements
- Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application
- 2-3 successful HCM Support/ Implementations
- In-depth knowledge of European countries payroll- either Germany, Belgium, Netherlands configuration
- Strong client focus, accountability for results
- Fluent in English. German is a strong plus.
