Job Description

SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant delivering custom payroll solutions according to client needs. Supporting implementation processes and collaborating with project teams for timely milestones.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process
  • Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards
  • Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines
  • Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture
  • Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application
  • 2-3 successful HCM Support/ Implementations
  • In-depth knowledge of European countries payroll- either Germany, Belgium, Netherlands configuration
  • Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success
  • Fluent in English. German is a strong plus. With excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset
