Job Description
SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant delivering guidance and support for payroll implementation. Collaborating with stakeholders and customizing SAP HCM solutions for European payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process
- Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards
- Conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications
- Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture
- Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application
- 2-3 successful HCM Support/ Implementations
- In-depth knowledge of European countries payroll- either Germany, Belgium, Netherlands configuration
- Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success
- Fluent in English. German is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset
