Job Description
Senior Software Product Manager shaping DEWALT FAB Web products for Stanley Black & Decker’s construction technology business. Translating customer needs into prioritized backlogs, releases, and software improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers, end-users, and internal stakeholders to gather comprehensive product requirements
- Identify and fill product gaps and generate ideas to improve customer experience
- Translate product goals into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria
- Prioritize user stories based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
- Refine and update user stories based on feedback and evolving priorities
- Maintain an organized and prioritized product backlog
- Develop release plans that minimize disruption and maximize release value
- Coordinate release processes, define release scope, and ensure documentation
- Work with development and quality assurance teams to resolve testing and post-release issues and bugs
- Facilitate alignment between sales, customer success, development, marketing, and internal or external teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of software (SaaS) product management experience in construction, fabrication, mining, or similar industrial environments preferred but not required
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize, plan, meet difficult deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in problem solving and creative thinking
- Ability to foster a collaborative and transparent environment
- Ability to facilitate communication between sales, customer success, development, marketing, and other teams
- Experience working with Product Management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms
- Up to 50% travel, as needed
