Job Description

Senior Solutions Consultant driving technical presales for Fundraise Up's global nonprofit fundraising platform. Designing integrations, demos, and architectures to accelerate enterprise sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the technical narrative of the sales cycle, partnering with account executives as the primary presales expert from first call to signed contract.
  • Run discovery sessions that surface a client's real requirements, integration needs, and business objectives.
  • Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution proposals for each prospect's specific use case.
  • Turn technical questions and objections into clear answers for engineering and executive audiences.
  • Build solution architectures, data mapping, and integration plans across Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, PayPal, and Zapier.
  • Lead technical input on RFP/RFI responses, ensuring accuracy against PCI DSS and GDPR.
  • Feed client and market insight back to Solution Architecture and Product.
  • Train and enable the Sales team with current product knowledge and competitive positioning.
  • Use AI to accelerate discovery notes, technical responses, and demo scenario prototypes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role within SaaS, fintech, or nonprofit technology.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, data integration, data mapping, and technical scoping.
  • Proven experience working with enterprise customers carrying large ARR.
  • Track record of translating customer requirements into compelling technical solutions and communicating their value.
  • Direct experience with CRM, payment, and marketing automation integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, PayPal, Zapier).
  • Working knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, PCI DSS) and data security and privacy best practices.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree.
