Job Description
Solution Architect responsible for presales and offering in Private & Sovereign Cloud. Collaborating with enterprise clients to design solutions and drive transformations.
Responsibilities:
- You run discovery and architecture workshops with enterprise clients - from mapping needs to an agreed target.
- You design the solution (HLD), surface trade-offs, and defend design decisions and cost up to C-level.
- You support sales: solution shaping, proposals, estimations, defending the offer.
- You drive transformations and migrations from the architecture side - cloud exit, modernization, platform-to-platform moves, sovereign-by-design for clients under regulatory constraints.
- You co-build and grow the service catalog in private cloud and sovereign cloud
- You productize repeatable engagements - turning what we already do for clients into catalog offerings with scope, SLA, cost model and positioning.
- You build reference architectures, patterns and reusable presales assets.
- Competitive positioning: battlecards, "where we collide", value argumentation.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Solution Architect / presales architect in IT services or with an infrastructure provider
- Real command of private cloud (Virtualization, Storage, Backup, Network, OS, Observability)
- Experience in transformations and migrations - including VMware exit paths.
- The ability to run workshops and talk to a business decision-maker - translating technology into cost, risk and value.
- Polish and English at a level that lets you work directly with clients
