Job Description

Senior Staffing Associate managing staffing plans, rosters, and live-event coverage for Access, a destination management company creating experiences for global brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Own staffing plans, schedules, shift assignments, confirmations, roster management, and coverage planning for assigned territories
  • Match Event Staff to programs based on experience, availability, client needs, and operational requirements
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and first-shift activation
  • Monitor staff performance and identify top performers, future Leads, and coaching and development opportunities
  • Manage callouts, no-shows, replacement staffing, agency coordination, and other real-time staffing needs during live events
  • Maintain staffing, payroll, performance, and workforce records in systems such as Ubeya and Asana
  • Manage post-event staffing closeout, including hours verification, expenses, staff ratings, restrictions, and follow-up actions
  • Support staffing needs across other territories during peak periods, large-scale events, PTO coverage, or operational gaps
  • Collaborate with Directors of Events, Event Managers, and cross-functional partners
  • Build staffing benches and ensure consistent staffing standards across markets

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in event staffing, workforce coordination, hospitality or event operations, recruiting, HR coordination, or a related field
  • Experience managing staffing plans, schedules, rosters, shift coverage, or high-volume hourly workforces
  • Strong judgment when matching talent to program and operational needs
  • Experience supporting multiple markets, territories, or fast-paced staffing environments
  • Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee communication, training, and workforce development
  • Excellent organization, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with workforce management tools such as Ubeya, Asana, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms
  • Flexibility to travel and provide evening, weekend, and live-event support as needed
  • Must be currently located in Las Vegas
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the region
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends when business needs require
  • Experience managing staffing, scheduling, recruiting, workforce coordination, or hourly employees
  • Experience supporting staffing across multiple markets, regions, or locations
