Job Description

Senior Consultant leading SuccessFactors Core HR implementations for a consultancy in the SAP field. Full remote position with a focus on delivering quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementations and improvements in SuccessFactors Employee Central / Core HR.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and HR process design.
  • Configure, test, and validate solutions in SuccessFactors.
  • Serve as the technical reference/point of contact for the team and the client.
  • Support integrations with other SAP modules and HR systems.
  • Produce functional/technical documentation and training materials.
  • Assist with presentations, workshops, and project go-lives.

Requirements:

  • Senior-level experience in SuccessFactors Core HR / Employee Central projects.
  • Experience in consulting or implementing HR systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes (employee records, transactions, organizational structure).
  • Ability to lead client meetings and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Advanced Spanish for engagement with Latin American clients.
  • Availability to work remotely under CLT employment terms.
