Job Description

Supervision Manager Senior overseeing Financial Advisors' compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage team and lead initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders in PNC Wealth Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the team who monitors and reviews the sales practice activities of Financial Advisors on a centralized and regional level ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Drive initiatives and independently lead departmental and firm projects
  • Work closely with the Director of Supervision and other stakeholders to assist with projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Product, etc. to resolve complex matters
  • Inspire and engage team members while providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring
  • Support the Firm's business objectives and contribute to the Firm's profitability
  • Use critical thinking and decision-making skills to review supervisory responsibilities
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on products, processes, and projects

Requirements:

  • University / college degree preferred
  • Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable
  • Industry experience of typically 8+ years
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
  • Knowledge across multiple products to independently lead defined departmental and firm projects to completion
  • Strong decision making and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communications skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory environment - Financial Services
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Organizational leadership skills
  • Expertise in risk management
