Job Description
Remote recruiter executing full-cycle recruitment for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO. Building candidate pipelines, matching talent to opportunities, and supporting client workforce needs.
Responsibilities:
- Support a key client’s business needs through talent acquisition
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes
- Market, screen, and present candidates for opportunities
- Build diverse candidate pipelines through research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns
- Match candidates’ skills to job opportunities and develop career pathways
- Build relationships with candidates and clients through social networks and industry communities
- Own workload and deliver on performance metrics and commitments
- Provide candidates with information and tools to prepare for successful employment
- Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client satisfaction and loyalty
- Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills and local labor-market dynamics
- Educate clients on labor and workforce management
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
- Knowledge of role design and required competencies, skills, and knowledge
- Ability to use sourcing strategies, creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns
- Ability to screen and assess candidates
- Ability to understand local market, labor, and workforce management dynamics
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
