Job Description
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist leading full-cycle recruitment across Europe for nVent, a global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions. Building talent pipelines and advising hiring partners.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process
- Lead launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, closing candidates, and presenting offers
- Identify, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies for roles across Europe
- Advise and influence partners on talent availability and position attractiveness in the market
- Identify and build proactive relationships to develop talent pipelines for critical roles
- Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws
- Promote the nVent brand and build its reputation as a destination of choice for top talent
- Support Recruiting and Human Resources priorities as assigned
Requirements:
- Academic background in business, human resources or related field preferred
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience preferred
- English proficiency required
- Fluency in German, Dutch and/or French preferred
- Mix of agency and corporate recruiting background ideal
- Demonstrable ability to be results-driven and proactive
- Ability to take ownership, identify new approaches, and present solutions that improve talent acquisition outcomes
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven experience acquiring and hiring passive candidates
- Ability to influence partners while driving business results
- Strong communication, organization and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
