Job Description
Senior Talent Partner managing full-cycle recruiting for top talent at Wrapbook. Partnering with hiring managers and enhancing employer branding for a company revolutionizing entertainment payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and create effective go-to-market strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and supporting offer discussions.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience through thoughtful communication and well-organized processes.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, events, referrals, etc.) to build strong talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to share insights, improve processes, and enhance recruiting tools and systems.
- Provide hiring teams with guidance on interviewing best practices and equitable assessment.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics to ensure alignment and transparency with stakeholders.
- Contribute to recruiting initiatives that strengthen Wrapbook’s employer brand and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a SaaS or tech company.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively identify and engage top talent.
- Proven experience recruiting for range of roles - from technical to GTM to payroll to insurance.
- Ability to identify, engage, and attract high-quality talent through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity, follow-through, and candidate experience.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, resourceful mindset and willingness to learn and grow within a high-performing team.
- Passion for building inclusive hiring practices and representing the company’s values authentically.
- Experience with Ashby ATS is a nice to have.
