Job Description
Sr. Technical Sourcer for Intuit, attracting and assessing tech talent for various roles. Utilizing AI and sourcing strategies for a global technology platform.
Responsibilities:
- Research and mine sources, as well as use AI, to seek out qualified talent
- Attract, engage, and assess in-demand tech talent
- Connect candidates' skills to open roles
- Build a strong talent community and pipeline through personal and digital networking
- Source, screen and interview candidates
- Track current consultants’ impending end dates
- Market for open roles where possible
- Transition interested and qualified talent to recruiters
- Assess candidate motivations and aspirations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a pure sourcing role (not combined with recruiting)
- Proven success sourcing technical roles (e.g., Fraud/Risk, front-end, full stack, back-end) and non-technical roles for large Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in using Internet and social media strategies for sourcing, including cold calling and database research
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio
- High School Diploma
