Job Description

Senior IT Recruiter managing the end-to-end recruitment process for SDG's global operations. Collaborating with hiring managers and leading the IT Talent Acquisition team in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Full International Recruitment Cycle: You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to successful onboarding, including identifying, interviewing, and selecting top candidates across various roles.
  • Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment to achieve hiring goals.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the IT Talent Acquisition team, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle and driving team performance.
  • HR Initiatives: Participate in and contribute to broader HR initiatives, applying your expertise across different HR areas when needed.

Requirements:

  • Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • International Exposure: At least 2 years of experience in international recruitment.
  • Domain Expertise (nice to have): Experience closing roles in ML and NLP domains, with strong skills in direct search, headhunting, and market mapping.
  • Language Skills: Russian — native/fluent; English — B2 or higher.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Proven ability to achieve targets and influence stakeholders.
  • Work Ethic: High level of dedication and a proactive, hardworking approach.
