Job Description
User Researcher at CookUnity driving data-backed insights for growth teams. Leading qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to inform product design and strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead user research initiatives using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Develop and execute research plans, including screeners, interview guides, usability tests scripts, and participant recruitment.
- Design, launch, and analyze surveys—interpreting both closed- and open-ended responses to extract trends and user sentiment.
- Conduct and moderate user interviews, usability tests, and other qualitative sessions.
- Deliver clear, actionable findings through reports and visual presentations.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, brand and other cross-functional teams in the Growth area to guide decision-making with user-backed evidence.
- Oversee freelancers to enable delegation of operational tasks and increase team focus on higher-impact work.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in user research, consumer insights, or market research roles.
- Skilled in selecting and applying the right method for each research goal.
- Proven ability in quantitative methods, particularly survey design and analysis.
- Comfortable with qualitative methods, including interviews and usability testing.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to bridge quant and qual insights.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working on digital products with cross-functional teams.
