Job Description
Product Researcher shaping the future of AI-powered marketing platforms through actionable user insights and research. Blending qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive product-led growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify friction and opportunities across the end-to-end user journey, from sign-up and activation through long-term engagement and retention.
- Plan and conduct discovery research, usability testing, and concept validation, connecting insights directly to product and design decisions.
- Build and scale research programs that enable continuous feedback loops and faster learning.
- Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Growth teams to connect qualitative insights with behavioral analytics.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, uncover patterns, and scale insights across teams.
- Communicate findings clearly and persuasively through artifacts such as journey maps, frameworks, opportunity models, and experiment recommendations.
Requirements:
- 3–6+ years of experience in UX or product research within SaaS or digital product environments.
- Strong command of qualitative research methods with comfort applying mixed-method approaches.
- Demonstrated experience tying research insights to measurable product or UX improvements.
- Ability to synthesize complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
