Job Description
Analista de SEO Técnico impulsionando tráfego orgânico e performance dos portais do Grupo OLX. Otimização técnica de busca e ASO para plataformas digitais de compra e venda.
Responsibilities:
- Identify technical opportunities and contribute to organic traffic growth, improved portal performance, and the advancement of search visibility.
- Conduct technical SEO audits of Grupo OLX portals, identifying opportunities related to indexing, crawling, architecture, performance, and rendering.
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to prioritize and track SEO initiatives in the backlog.
- Define technical SEO requirements for new pages, features, migrations, and product enhancements.
- Monitor the organic health of the portals, including traffic, CTR, rankings, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and performance by cluster.
- Develop technical recommendations for canonical tags, redirects, sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data, crawl budget, and internal linking.
- Analyze crawler and AI agent logs to identify access issues and large-scale indexing opportunities.
- Support the ASO strategy in partnership with the App team by optimizing Google Play and the App Store and managing Store Listing Experiments, Product Page Optimization, Custom Store Listings, Promotional Content, and In-App Events.
- Create reports and executive presentations on organic performance and growth opportunities.
- Support training, documentation, guidelines, and best practices to strengthen an SEO-driven culture.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with technical SEO, preferably involving large-scale websites, marketplaces, classified platforms, portals, e-commerce sites, or digital products with a high volume of pages.
- Solid knowledge of crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, web performance, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and technical SEO best practices.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Botify, Semrush, Similarweb, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with ASO (App Store Optimization), including hands-on experience operating Google Play Console and/or App Store Connect—Store Listing Experiments, Custom Store Listings, Product Page Optimization, or equivalent features.
- Analytical ability to investigate declines, fluctuations, and organic growth opportunities based on data.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, especially Product, Engineering, Data, and Content.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical findings into clear, objective, and actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives, document analyses, and provide visibility into status, impact, and next steps.
- Business acumen to prioritize initiatives based on potential impact, technical effort, and strategic relevance.
