Job Description
Analyste ServiceNow soutenant le développement et l’optimisation d’une plateforme pour un client international. Télétravail 100% avec possibilité de renouvellement.
Responsibilities:
- Support development and optimization efforts for the ServiceNow platform
- Gather, analyze and document functional requirements related to ServiceNow
- Organize workshops with stakeholders to explore issues and validate solutions
- Write user stories and functional specifications in accordance with ServiceNow standards
- Facilitate collaboration between business teams and the ServiceNow COE
- Support technical, QA, and change management teams in deploying deliverables.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience on the ServiceNow platform in an analyst role
- Good knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules (Incident, Change, Catalog, Problem, CMDB, Employee Service Center)
- Experience documenting user stories, processes, and functional specifications
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and ITIL principles
- Bilingual in French and English
- Asset: Knowledge of SPM, GRC, CSM, HRSD modules or other enterprise service areas in ServiceNow
- Asset: ServiceNow certification.
