Job Description
ServiceNow Architect designing secure enterprise ServiceNow platforms for Improvix Technologies’ federal IT modernization programs. Leading integrations, releases, governance, and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of enterprise ServiceNow platforms
- Translate business goals into scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions
- Analyze requirements and review business requirements for technical clarity and feasibility
- Lead workshops and technical design discussions with stakeholders
- Identify risks, dependencies, and design gaps during development
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and cross-scope ServiceNow solutions
- Architect and implement secure integrations with enterprise and third-party systems
- Build advanced Service Catalog items and Flow Designer automations
- Improve and optimize core ITSM modules
- Integrate AI-driven capabilities to enhance automation, predictive analysis, and decision-making
- Manage release cycles, environments, update sets, runbooks, and release documentation across Agile sprints
- Lead code reviews and oversee testing, deployment, and platform improvements
- Execute and oversee unit, integration, and regression testing
- Ensure compliance, governance, solution quality, and technical design records
- Mentor developers, administrators, and functional team members
- Lead client technical design discussions and represent solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders on modernization goals, compliance standards, and security frameworks
- Monitor ServiceNow releases and recommend enhancements
- Support Windows Server implementation, upgrades, and integrations
Requirements:
- Active Secret clearance required
- Experienced ServiceNow Architect with enterprise-level architecture experience
- Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, SPM, GRC, SecOps, ServiceNow Vault, Automation Engine, and CMDB
- Experience designing and implementing custom ServiceNow applications and cross-scope solutions
- Experience with REST/SOAP web services, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and middleware technologies
- Experience with Service Catalog items, catalog client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer automations
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules
- Experience with AI-driven capabilities, data management, workflow optimization, and performance tuning
- Experience with release cycle planning, environment management, update set deployment, runbook maintenance, and release documentation
- Experience leading code reviews and unit, integration, and regression testing
- Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, DevOps approaches, platform best practices, NIST, and FISMA
- Ability to support Windows Server implementation, upgrades, and integrations
- U.S. citizenship may be required for certain positions; some roles may require the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
