Job Description

Senior ServiceNow Consultant responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions. Collaborating with teams on innovative projects in São Paulo.

Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Consultant to join our team and work on challenging and innovative projects.
  • Responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and other ServiceNow applications.
  • Implementation and configuration of ServiceNow with a focus on the ITSM, ITOM, ITBM modules and others.
  • Gather client requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the platform.
  • Customize and integrate workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow-recommended best practices and methodologies.
  • Provide Level 3 technical support to resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure delivery of high-performance solutions.
  • Participate in all project lifecycle phases: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.
  • Train and enable internal teams and clients in the use of the platform.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform, especially ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
  • Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and web services (REST, SOAP).
  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and other platform-related scripts.
  • ServiceNow certification (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or similar).
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver practical, effective solutions.
  • Ability to resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management best practices is desirable.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (desirable for communication with international clients).
  • Preferred: ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, orchestration, and integrations with third-party tools.
  • Previous experience implementing ServiceNow projects in large enterprises.
