Job Description

ServiceNow Developer supporting application development and system components for a global technology solutions company. Contributing to technical solutions, system features, and team mentoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Support assigned applications and system components using technical and procedural expertise
  • Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of system features
  • Participate in design discussions and help define technical solutions
  • Assist with estimation of effort, resources, and timelines
  • Support migration of legacy systems to modern platforms
  • Develop and execute unit and system testing, ensuring secure coding practices
  • Troubleshoot and enhance existing and new system features
  • Document processes and best practices
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Mentor junior team members

Requirements:

  • ServiceNow development/administration experience
  • Experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and scripted integrations
  • Proficiency with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • English proficiency (written and spoken)
