Job Description
ServiceNow Developer supporting application development and system components for a global technology solutions company. Contributing to technical solutions, system features, and team mentoring.
Responsibilities:
- Support assigned applications and system components using technical and procedural expertise
- Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of system features
- Participate in design discussions and help define technical solutions
- Assist with estimation of effort, resources, and timelines
- Support migration of legacy systems to modern platforms
- Develop and execute unit and system testing, ensuring secure coding practices
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing and new system features
- Document processes and best practices
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements:
- ServiceNow development/administration experience
- Experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and scripted integrations
- Proficiency with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
