Job Description
ServiceNow Developer focusing on developing and customizing applications for IT Services. Collaborating with international stakeholders and optimizing solutions to enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies
- Build and manage integrations using REST and SOAP web services
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance
- Participate in code reviews and follow ServiceNow best practices
- Collaborate with global clients and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide APIs (e.g., GlideRecord)
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices
- Prior customer-facing or consulting experience
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in the building materials industry is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Available to join within 3–4 weeks
- ServiceNow certifications are an advantage
