Job Description
ServiceNow Data & Integration Lead Architect providing expertise in designing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms. Focusing on integration architecture, data quality, and governance with strong stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms (cloud and on-premises).
- Define and govern integration architecture, patterns, and best practices.
- Provide expertise on ServiceNow data models, APIs, Integration Hub, and ETL/data pipeline approaches.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across connected systems.
- Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex integration issues.
- Guide and mentor technical teams on ServiceNow integration standards and practices.
- Stay updated on new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Integration Architect/Lead with ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, data structures, and APIs (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, etc.).
- Hands-on expertise with enterprise integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, etc.).
- Experience with data governance, transformation, and migration in enterprise environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable and reliable integration solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
