Job Description
Project Manager leading non-software components of smart factory projects at 3YOURMIND. Coordinating clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
- Project planning and execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion. Ensure project outcomes meet contractual, technical, and quality requirements.
- Coordination and communication: Serve as primary contact for customers, external suppliers like machine manufacturers and internal stakeholders throughout the project. Facilitate clear communication of project goals, updates, risks, and changes across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Resource and time management: Manage procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning of hardware and equipment. Solve logistical and operational challenges across multiple stakeholders and locations. Organize user trainings in cooperation with machine manufacturers and our customer success team.
- Collaboration and relationship management: Coordinate closely with software product management and customer success to align hardware, processes, and software capabilities and deliver integrated solutions.
- Risk and issue management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, develop contingency plans, and escalate problems as needed to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management, ideally in additive manufacturing, industrial, or smart factory environments
- Strong experience coordinating customers, suppliers, and cross-functional internal teams
- Solid understanding of hardware-centric projects, logistics, and operational workflows while feeling comfortable working at the interface between physical systems and software-driven solutions
- Ability to structure complex projects and solve practical, hands-on challenges
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
