Job Description
Gaming social media manager building player communities and managing content for Keywords Studios. Creating campaigns, analyzing performance, and supporting community teams for global game studios.
Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with players by responding to comments on different social media platforms
- Align with team members on tone of voice, FAQs, and response guidelines
- Cover as the main point of contact for Community Managers when the CM Lead is unavailable
- Manage client interactions during the CM Lead’s absence
- Foster and maintain a positive work environment, build engagement, and resolve conflicts
- Create reports analyzing content performance and make recommendations
- Assist the CM Lead with performance reports
- Lead the team on Paid Social Media
- Assist the CM Lead in managing processes and timely delivery of community management services across multiple projects
- Assist with training and coaching Community and Social Media Managers
- Develop content calendars with creative ideation
- Schedule social media content and write copy aligned with brand voice
- Support campaign planning, audience and trend research, and brand building
- Coordinate with studios on imagery and create additional static and video assets when needed
Requirements:
- Prior professional experience in community management/social media in gaming
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with and good understanding of Heybox, Rednote, and Billibilli
- Passion for video games and social media
- Strong understanding of social media and community management platforms/channels, including Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook
