Job Description
Software Engineer III developing data migrations and scripts for the PeopleSoft Financial module implementation. Involves collaboration with teams and technical guidance in a DevSecOps environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop data migrations and PeopleSoft SQR’s and PERL scripts
- Help implement the PeopleSoft Financial module (FSCM)
- Develop technical documentation
- Analyze and monitor existing systems for improvement
- Data Migration from Oracle to MS SQL databases
- Work with database administrators to implement migrations in production environments
- Understand and follow agile Software Development Lifecycle processes
- Collaborate in a Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) environment
- Work closely with customers, project managers, and other developers
- Design and develop test cases
- Troubleshoot software production issues
- Assist with requirements gathering for enterprise-wide solutions
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvements
- Provide technical guidance to the project team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 5 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Experience with PeopleSoft 9.x or higher
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
