Job Description

Join as a Solutions Consultant specializing in B2B SaaS for Enterprise clients. Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance software solutions and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team and customers to define the required capabilities needed to create an after implementation scenario to deliver positive business outcomes.
  • Design and present proof points as evidence of compliance with said required capabilities.
  • Said proof point include but are not limited to: Product demonstrations or presentations to showcase how the company's products or services can solve the customer's problems and meet their needs.
  • Customized solutions that address the customer's required capabilities, often involving technical specifications and architecture.
  • Proof of Concepts to demonstrate feasibility of the designed solution.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP (Request for Proposal) responses, and other documentation required by prospects.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and a strong understanding of the technology and industry trends relevant to those offerings.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and the company's product/service offerings to provide the most up-to-date information to customers.
  • Provide feedback from customer interactions to the product development and marketing teams to enhance the company's offerings.
  • Research and analyze competitors' products and services to highlight the advantages and unique selling points of the company's offerings.

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of Enterprise software selling experience as a Solutions Consultant.
  • Experience designing and implementing financial and accounting processes/systems.
  • Experience mapping RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions.
  • Outstanding problem solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
  • You have superior solution scoping abilities, using our existing solution and influencing new product development.
  • Should be open to working in a dynamic startup environment with multiple roles.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
