Job Description
Solutions Consultant at IFS delivering complex solutions and demos for enterprise clients using IFS Copperleaf platform. Collaborating with sales team to exhibit product value across key industries.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with the sales team, prospects and existing clients to uncover challenges and design compelling solutions using the IFS Copperleaf decision analytics platform
- Demonstrate the positive outcomes of our product suite to prospective clients across the Americas region
- Deliver impactful product demos and executive briefings (virtual and on-site)
- Design enterprise-level technology solutions
- Provide technical leadership in the sales process
- Engage with the industry at external events
Requirements:
- Background in presales consulting, with 1 to 2 years+ experience with software presales/delivery, or equivalent experience
- Interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence solution direction to both technical and non-technical audiences alike across all organizational levels.
- You’re a natural presenter - engaging and dynamic
- Demonstrated problem solving and creative skills, ability to exercise sound judgment on the fly and dynamically navigating from problem to solution on your feet and in the same breath
- Resilient, proactive, and inquisitive by nature
- You crave personal improvement, and don’t shy away from asking questions, sharing your opinion, and receiving feedback
- You have a strong team spirit, viewing ultimate success as that of the group, not the individual
- Experience leveraging AI is preferred
