Job Description

Technical Program Manager leading technology integrations, migrations, and consolidations for Veeam’s M&A initiatives. Supporting Veeam’s data backup, recovery, and ransomware protection business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discovery with acquiring and acquired company stakeholders to identify integration and migration needs
  • Analyze technical infrastructure, systems, data flows, integration points, and redundancies
  • Facilitate application rationalization and identify platforms to consolidate, retire, or migrate
  • Gather requirements, map business processes, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
  • Design process and data migration strategies and manage migration and merger project execution
  • Create runbooks, technical documentation, project schedules, work breakdown structures, and program status reports
  • Define and communicate program objectives, plans, project scope, and impacted workstreams with business leadership
  • Identify stakeholders, secure resources, and facilitate stakeholder communication
  • Communicate decisions, priorities, and program information across organizational levels
  • Coordinate technical teams, resolve blockers, and maintain focus on value delivery
  • Ensure program delivery through change management, documentation, KPI measurement, and achievement of predefined goals
  • Work with technologies including Salesforce, Marketo, NetSuite, Coupa, ServiceNow, Tableau, JIRA, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a technical field
  • Experience in IT and business applications program management within a technology company
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Ability to understand technology environments, systems architecture, software design principles, and system interactions
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams, software deployment, and integration
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and quality assurance practices
  • Ability to analyze relational data and technical business requirements
  • Ability to create process flow diagrams
  • Business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, process analysis, gap analysis, data analysis, and translating business needs into solution requirements
  • Understanding of business processes across sales, marketing, quote-to-cash, finance, and other business functions
  • Experience identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills across culturally diverse teams
  • Based on the east coast or willing to work Eastern hours
