Job Description
State Service Manager overseeing execution and management of state funded healthcare programs at Mountain Pacific. Requires leadership experience in healthcare settings and adherence to regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution, management, and performance of state funded healthcare programs and contracts
- Oversee service delivery, ensuring adherence to federal contract language, healthcare regulations, and program guidelines
- Drive high-quality outcomes for clients across the Mountain Pacific region
- Provide fiscal oversight including budget management and financial performance monitoring.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years’ leadership experience
- Three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in healthcare, clinic setting, nursing home, or hospital
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
