Job Description
Systems Engineer managing Jira instance and developing company-wide AI tools for health platform. Leading business logic implementations and integrations with operational systems.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day administration and support of Jira instance, including integrations and automations.
- Lead initiatives to implement new business logic and workflows at the enterprise level.
- Contribute to knowledge base, Confluence, and develop integrations with other operational systems and tools.
- Identify, analyze, and deliver solutions to complex business challenges.
- Strong interest in AI tooling and administering best practices for company-wide AI tools.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- You have deep experience in supporting Atlassian Cloud infrastructure, most notably Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in various endpoint management solutions such as Jamf, Intune/Endpoint Manager.
- Experience with Okta, Jamf Pro & Group Management rules.
- Strong understanding and experience using Okta
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 product suites is a plus as well as a background in AD and Entra ID integration management.
- Familiarity with SOX and HIPAA compliance rules.
