Job Description
Manufacturing recruiter managing full-cycle hiring for CDL Drivers and Field Technicians. Building candidate pipelines and delivering recruitment services for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support a key client's business needs through recruitment
- Drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
- Connect candidates' skills to job opportunities and develop career pathways
- Build candidate pipelines and client relationships through social networks and industry communities
- Own workload and deliver on metrics and commitments
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes
- Market, screen, and present candidates based on role competencies and skills
- Improve sourcing strategies through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns
- Screen and assess candidates and advocate for their career opportunities
- Remove barriers and prepare candidates for successful employment
- Drive client satisfaction and loyalty
- Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills and local labor and workforce-management dynamics
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience hiring for CDL Drivers is required
- Experience hiring for Field Technicians is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (nice to have)
